I bought these supplements for my mother to help with her long-standing joint discomfort, especially in her left knee. They last a long time, and I asked weekly for updates. Initially, she felt some discomfort, but by four to five weeks, everything seemed normal, and the pain was gone. There is improvement, but it’s hardly noticeable. The product quality is good, but it's not a perfect score for me since the ingredients are similar.
